A deep clean is the whole standard. Every reachable surface, every fixture, kitchens and bathrooms in detail, floors vacuumed and mopped, cobwebs, vents, blinds, crown moulding and baseboards dry dusted, beds made.
What separates it from a maintenance visit is not effort but scope, and the scope is published rather than described. You can read every line before you book, compare it against any other quote you are holding, and hold us to it afterward.
Heavier work — inside an empty oven, buildup in a shower, a range hood that has not been degreased in years — is scoped as an add-on rather than absorbed silently or skipped silently. That is the whole point: the quote reflects the actual house.
