The Standard
Everything we do. And everything we don’t.
One document, published in full. It is what every appointment is worked against and walked against before anyone leaves — which means you can read it beforehand, hold it against any other quote, and hold us to it afterward.
Five room groups. Every line in each of them is printed below, along with what costs extra and what is not done at all.

Why publish the exclusions?
Because “deep clean” means something different at every company, and you should not have to discover which one you hired after they have left. A firm willing to print what it refuses has thought about the boundary — and a cleaner who is guessing at scope is a cleaner who is rushing.
If something here doesn’t fit
Homes differ. Say so in your request and the scope is adjusted before anyone quotes a price, rather than renegotiated on the day. If something is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back — this document is what makes that a short conversation instead of an argument.
Requests
Read it. Then tell us about the house.
One sentence is enough. The concierge asks for anything still missing, and Ashlynn reads what comes through herself.
